Administrative Clerks

Description: We are currently looking for Administrative Clerks to provide support in the areas of administration, sales, processing, credit control, marketing and human resources at J. Kalachand & Co. Ltd Head Office or Showrooms. Qualification & Experience: Your Main Role & Responsibilities: • Drafting of contracts, letters and other documents • Retrieve invoices and any other documents with regards to sales, after-sales, processing, etc. • Scanning of all contractual documents • Daily filing of documents • Ensure general usual stocks (stationery, pamphlets, etc.) in departments are sufficient • Send correspondences by post to concerned parties (clients, suppliers, etc.) • Be a reliable team partner for either departments at head office or at showrooms • Attend calls • Use of in-house automated system to input and retrieve data or information Your Profile: A’ Level/ HSC or any other equivalent qualification; Mathematics at A’ Level and previous working experience as clerk in the related fields would be a definite advantage; Detail-oriented and organised; Strong communication (French and English) and customer service skills; Solid understanding of MS Office and at ease to deal with figures.
